ILLEGAL ACQUISITION OF TANKER TRUCKS IN THE USA WITHOUT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT NATIONAL MANUFACTURERS

The Mexican Government decided to go to the USA to purchase 671 pipes to support the distribution of gasoline, ignoring that there are regulations that require in such acquisitions to follow a protocol that should give opportunity to Mexican companies to bid on equal terms, it was not made arguing an emergency situation that never officially public such legal determination; that is why any Mexican company that produces the branch, has the right to challenge such purchase, claiming a patrimonial damage due to irregular activity of the State.
